We may collect information you choose to provide, including your name, mobile phone number, email address, service address, photographs, property or service details, appointment information, and messages you send to us. When you join our text program, we also retain information connected with your consent, such as the opt-in method, the inbound message, and the date and time of your request.
How we collect information
We collect information when you call, text, email, request an estimate, schedule service, send photographs, use our website links, or otherwise communicate with us. The website text-signup page uses a click-to-text process: your phone's messaging app opens with JOIN prepared, and your subscription request is recorded only after you send that message.
How we use information
We may use your information to:
- Respond to questions and provide estimates;
- Schedule, perform, and follow up on requested services;
- Send appointment information and customer-service messages;
- Send marketing texts about promotions, discounts, and special offers when you have opted in;
- Maintain consent, opt-out, and customer service records; and
- Protect our customers, business, website, and legal rights.
Mobile information and SMS consent
We do not sell or rent your mobile phone number. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties for their own marketing or promotional use.
Providers that help us operate our messaging program may process mobile information only on our behalf and only as needed to deliver, manage, secure, or support our messages. They are not authorized to use that information for their own marketing.
Other service providers and required disclosures
We may use vendors that help us host our website, deliver communications, maintain business records, or provide other operational support. We may also disclose information when required by law, to respond to lawful requests, to protect safety or rights, or as part of a business transfer. We require service providers to handle information only for the services they perform for us.

We keep customer, consent, and opt-out records for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, honor communication choices, resolve disputes, and meet legal or business recordkeeping needs.
